Fungicides

Prevent the spread of diseases caused by foliar and soil-borne pathogens, it is essential to implement a sound crop management system. Select a formulation that provides improved coverage and delivers protection closer to the soil where many plant diseases originate.

Bismerthiazol

Highly effective and safe systemic bactericide with good preventive effects. Bizmerthiazol inhibits bacterial growth by interfering with the synthesis of bacterial cell walls and disrupting the enzyme activity required for cell wall biosynthesis. This interaction interrupts the polymerase chain reaction and prevents DNA replication, leading to bacterial cell death.

Recommended on:

Rice (Bacterial leaf blight, Bacterial leaf streak), Tomato (Wilt), Citrus (Die back), Brinjal (Wilt), Tea (Red rust, Black rot, Die back), Chinese cabbage (Erwinia carotovora)

Copper Hydroxide

An inorganic non-systemic fungicide with protective action. Copper hydroxide is used for control of Peronosporaceae, Alternaria, Phytophthora, Septoria, Leptosphaeria, Mycosphaerella. Copper ions denature proteins, thereby destroying enzymes that are critical for cell functioning. It is effective in prevention of spore germination.

Recommended on:

Apples (Black spot), Apricots (Shothole, Freckle, Bacterial canker), Avocados (Anthracnose, Phytophthora stem canker), Bananas (Cercospora leaf spot, Phytophthora stem canker), Beans (Common blight, Bacterial brown spot, Halo blight, Rust, Chocolate spot), Brassicas (Black rot, Peppery leaf spot, Ring spot, Downy mildew), Capsicums (Bacterial spot, Bacterial canker), Carrots (Leaf spot), Celery (Leaf spot, Bacterial soft rot), Cherries (Shothole, Freckle, Bacterial canker / Gummosis), Citrus (Black spot, Melanose, Smoky blotch, Scab, Phytophthora stem canker), Cucurbits (Angular leaf spot, Bacterial leaf spot), Grapevines (Downy mildew), Kiwi (Phytophthora stem canker), Lettuce (Downy mildew, Bacterial leaf spot, Anthracnose), Mangoes (Anthracnose, Bacterial black spot), Onions (Downy mildew), Pears (Scab), Peas (Ascochyta blight, Bacterial blight), Potatoes (Early blight, Late blight), Spinach (Downy mildew), Strawberries (Leaf spot, Grey mould), Tomatoes (Early blight), Septoria leaf spot, Bacterial spot, Bacterial speck, Bacterial canker, Late blight)

Fluazinam

A protectant fungicide which acts by inhibiting the germination of spores and the development of infections structures. Fluazinam attacks pathogens through multi-site modes of action to provide disease control for variety of crops with our encouraging resistance development. It also features low use rates and flexible application methods.

Recommended on:

Legume vegetables, Beans, Apple, Brassicas, Onion, Peanut, Potatoes, Grape, Soybean, Ornamentals, Carrot, Cucurbits, Tomato, Eggplant, Papaya

Flusilazole

A curative and preventative fungicide used to control a range of fungal pathogens including Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes spp. Flusilazole acts by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis, a structural component of fungal cell walls.

Recommended on:

Apples, Pears, Apricots, Plums, Peaches, Bananas, Grapes, Sugarbeet, Oilseed rape, Cereals

Oxolinic Acid

A synthetic quinolone antibiotic. Oxolinic acid inhibits DNA replication and consequently bacterial growth. Its spectrum of activity is primarily against Gram-negative bacteria.

Recommended on:

Apples, Pears, Peach, Rice

Picoxystrobin

A preventative and curative fungicide with systemic and translaminar movement. Picoxystrobin is acting by inhibition of mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer at the Qo centre of cytochrome BC1. It is used for control of a range of fungal diseases, including brown rust, tan spot, powdery mildew, and net blotch in cereals, pluses and oilseeds

Recommended on:

Alfalfa, Brassicas, Onion, Garlic, Potato, Cereals, Corn, Cotton, Cucurbits, Eggplant, Tomato, Okra, Pepper, Celery, Lettuce, Spinach, Radish, Beans, Soybean, Peas, Peanut, Carrot, Sorghum, Almond, Cashew, Chestnut, Coconut, Ginkgo, Walnut, Ginger, Yam

Prochloraz Manganese

Non-systemic imidazole fungicide. Prochloraz manganese is an ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitor with contact and translaminar, protectant and eradicant activity. It is used in agriculture and horticulture against various plant diseases, especially Ascomycetes and Fungi Imperfecti.

Recommended on:

Avocados, Mango, Cereals, Wheat, Barley, Winter rye, Winter oilseed rape

Propamocarb Hydrochloride

Systemic fungicide with protective action. Absorbed by the roots and leaves, with translocation acropetally. Specific control of phycomycetous diseases, in particular, control of Pythium and Phytophthora spp. in vegetables, ornamentals, greenhouse tomatoes, greenhouse cucumbers, tulips, tobacco, and in forestry seedbeds.

Recommended on:

Vegetables, Ornamentals, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Tulips, Tobacco, Shallots, Chilies, Potatoes, Cabbage, Melons, Pine

Thiodiazole copper

Fungicide with dual mode of action in killing microorganisms. The thiazole radical groups have a unique therapeutic effect against bacteria, while the copper ions work excellently on preventing fungi and bacteria.

Recommended on:

Rice, Wheat, Chinese cabbage, Lettuce, Celery, Melon, Cucumber, Beans, Pea, Taro, Ginger, Konjac, Tomato, Chili pepper, Radish, Cauliflower, Garlic, Strawberry, Water chestnut, Okra, Ornamentals, Potato, Soybean, Citrus, Banana, Pitaya, Peach, Cherry, Grape, Jujube, Loquat, Walnut, Pear, Apple, Mango, Kiwi, Peanut, Sesame, Tobacco, Cotton, Mulberry, Pepper, Coffee, Sugarcane
