Insecticides

Bifenazate
A selective acaricide that controls the motile stage of mites, either by direct contact or through contact with foliar residues. Bifenazate is effective for the control of a variety of mite species, especially spider mites, red mites, and grass mites.

Carbofuran

Chlorfenapyr
An active ingredient derived from microbes known as pyrroles. It is used commercially for control of a variety of insects and mite pests, including those resistant to carbamate, organophosphate and pyrethroid insecticides and also chitin-synthesis inhibitors. Chlorfenapyr is mainly used in the fight against disease-carrying mosquitoes around the world.

Cyhalodiamide
Cyhalodiamide belongs to phthaldiamide insecticide family. It controls a range of insects including cabbage caterpillar, Plutella xylostella, beet armyworm, Spodoptera litura, helicoverpa armigera, and particularly effective to rice stem borer.

Cyhexatin
An organotin acaricide or miticide used on fruit and vegetable crops to control all motile stages of phytophagous mites, with long residual activity. Cyhexatin acts by inhibiting mitochondrial ATP synthase of target insects.

Fenpyroximate
A pyrazole insecticide works primarily through contact action. Fenpyroximate is used for the control of leafhoppers, mealybugs, mites, psylla, psyllids, and whiteflies. It acts by cellular respiration in the mitochondrion of cells which results in rapid cessation of all biological activities including feeding and reproduction. Mortality of mites can be observed within 3 to 7 days after intoxication.

Fipronil
Highly effective, broad-spectrum insecticide with potential value for control of a wide range of crops, public hygiene, amenity and veterinary pests. It can generally be applied at low to very low dose rates to achieve effective pest control.

Metaflumizone
A semicarbazone broad-spectrum insecticide which blocks the sodium channel of the nervous system causing “relaxed” paralysis of the insect. Bismerthiazol
Highly effective and safe systemic bactericide with good preventive effects. Bizmerthiazol inhibits bacterial growth by interfering with the synthesis of bacterial cell walls and disrupting the enzyme activity required for cell wall biosynthesis. This interaction interrupts the polymerase chain reaction and prevents DNA replication, leading to bacterial cell death.

Copper Hydroxide
An inorganic non-systemic fungicide with protective action. Copper hydroxide is used for control of Peronosporaceae, Alternaria, Phytophthora, Septoria, Leptosphaeria, Mycosphaerella. Copper ions denature proteins, thereby destroying enzymes that are critical for cell functioning. It is effective in prevention of spore germination.

Flusilazole
A curative and preventative fungicide used to control a range of fungal pathogens including Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes spp. Flusilazole acts by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis, a structural component of fungal cell walls.

Oxolinic Acid
A synthetic quinolone antibiotic. Oxolinic acid inhibits DNA replication and consequently bacterial growth. Its spectrum of activity is primarily against Gram-negative bacteria.

Picoxystrobin
A preventative and curative fungicide with systemic and translaminar movement. Picoxystrobin is acting by inhibition of mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer at the Qo centre of cytochrome BC1. It is used for control of a range of fungal diseases, including brown rust, tan spot, powdery mildew, and net blotch in cereals, pluses and oilseeds

Prochloraz Manganese
Non-systemic imidazole fungicide. Prochloraz manganese is an ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitor with contact and translaminar, protectant and eradicant activity. It is used in agriculture and horticulture against various plant diseases, especially Ascomycetes and Fungi Imperfecti.

Propamocarb Hydrochloride
Systemic fungicide with protective action. Absorbed by the roots and leaves, with translocation acropetally. Specific control of phycomycetous diseases, in particular, control of Pythium and Phytophthora spp. in vegetables, ornamentals, greenhouse tomatoes, greenhouse cucumbers, tulips, tobacco, and in forestry seedbeds.

Thiodiazole copper

Bensulfuron methyl
A selective pre-emergence and post-emergence sulfonylurea herbicide used to control broad-spectrum of broadleaf and sedge weeds in paddy rice at extremely low use rates.
Bensulfuron methyl is selective acting, through foliar and root uptake, by inhibiting biosynthesis of the essential amino acids valine and isoleucine. It stops cell division by inhibition of the acetolactate synthase enzyme, leading to decrease in chlorophyll content and inhabitation of the growth of plant.

Clomazone
Broad-spectrum herbicide used for control of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in variety of crops. Clomazone causes bleaching of foliar structures and to the the ultimate plant toxicant of the grasses and weeds.

Ethoxysulfuron
Broad-spectrum herbicide used to control sedge and broadleaf weeds in a range of crops including rice and cereals. Ethoxysulfuron is mainly taken up by the leaves of target weed and is translocated within the plant. After inhibition of plant growth, chlorotic patches develop and spread at first acropetally, then basipetally. The whole plant will die about 3-4 weeks after application.

Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl
Selective herbicide with contact and systemic action, absorbed by the leaves and stems and is translocated systemically. Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is used as post-emergence control of annual and perennial grass weeds and wild oats in rice, wheat, rye, barley, oat and triticale. It primarily inhibits the synthesis of fatty acids in the meristem tissue of grassy weeds.

Glufosinate Ammonium
Non‐selective contact herbicide with some systemic action. Translocation occurs only within leaves, predominantly from the leaf base to the leaf tip. Glufosinate ammonium is a glutamine synthetase inhibitor; it accumulates ammonium ions and inhibits photosynthesis.

Isoxaflutole
Selective herbicide for pre-emergence control and suppression of a wide range of broadleaf weeds and grasses in some crops. Isoxaflutole causes foliar bleaching activity in susceptible species prior to plant death.

Lenacil
A soil-acting herbicide for selective weeds control in variety of crops. Lenacil acts by inhibition of photosynthesis at photosystem II in the weeds.

Paraquat
A fast-acting, non-selective contact herbicide, absorbed by the foliage with some translocation in the xylem. It is used for broad-spectrum control of broadleaf weeds and grasses in fruit orchards and plantations, and for inter-row weed control in many crops. Paraquat acts by targeting the chloroplast of target weeds; it transfer electrons from photosystem I to molecular oxygen to generate toxic reactive oxygen species, which efficiently induce membrane damage and cell death.
